Shēn· Metaru is a serpentine ronin who attends yokai acadamy.
appearance[]
he has red hair and unknown eyes. his eyes are presumed to be either greyish blue or yellow, as are custom for serpentines.
personality[]
keirain is pretty much goth. he has no known friends, and lives to defeat opponents. he is highly skilled in kendo, ad is constantly looking for new opponents to defeat. he also seems to be some sort of a sadist as he enjoys other peoples fear. he seems to care deeply for both routier and samansa though.
bio[]
Not much is known about his past. he seems to have known routier for a long time though, and they have carried on a romantic relationship. it is assumed they became friends because of how simmilar they are in tormenting opponents. they first met while shēn was looking for opponents in the woods. he found routier and attacked her. as he expected she retaliated, and attacked him with her chainsaw. after about 5 hours of fighting, they were both too exausted to continue,so they sat down and began to talk. somehow they became friends, and then eventually started dateing. one day he was found by another serpentine clan, who attempted to force him in a relationship with their princess, samansa otobachi. he was fine with it, because he would get royal money. routier was supriseingly also fine with that. samansa how ever, flat out rejected the idea. he latter started to attend yokai accadamy to follow samansa. he is still in a relationship with routier though.

his sword is named poison serpent, and is apparantly his fammily sword. it is a form changer and when not in use, resembles a little snake shaped chess piece.
